Security Vulnerability Reporting
If you have discovered a potential security vulnerability in the Kintity platform, please do not disclose it publicly. Report it to our security team at:
security@kintity.comInclude a clear description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce, and your assessment of impact. We commit to acknowledging all responsible disclosures within 48 hours and coordinating remediation before any public disclosure. We do not pursue legal action against good-faith security researchers.
What not to include in your message
For your security, please never include the following in any email or message sent to Kintity:
- Your vault decryption key, Master Recovery Key, or any passphrase
- One-time verification codes sent to your phone or email
- Authenticator app codes or backup codes
- Your full bank account number, card number, or CVV
- Photographs or scans of your government identity documents
